Supply Chain & Logistics Manager – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to lead and optimise end‑to‑end supply chain operations for both B2B and B2C businesses. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will ensure product availability, drive operational efficiency and support the company’s growth across multiple sites in Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Lead inventory management across several locations, balancing product availability with working capital.
• Develop demand‑planning and forecasting processes aligned with customer demand.
• Oversee warehouse and depot operations, ensuring safe, efficient and consistent procedures.
• Manage the company fleet, covering vehicle lifecycle, compliance, utilisation and cost control.
• Negotiate with suppliers, maintain contracts and monitor service levels and lead times.
• Maintain premises and facilities to meet health, safety and compliance standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements, digitalisation initiatives and operational excellence projects.
• Produce KPI reports and use data to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance and Customer Care to meet service and business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in supply chain, logistics or operations across multiple sites.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness, balancing cost, service and performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Hands‑on approach combined with strategic planning and problem‑solving skills.
