Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end materials management in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role will ensure material availability, maintain inventory integrity and support uninterrupted production through close collaboration with planning, quality and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain optimal inventory levels, oversee receipt, storage and issuance of materials, and lead annual physical inventories.
• Align material availability with production demand, manage purchase orders, support production scheduling and participate in S&OP processes.
• Act as primary contact for suppliers, monitor performance, manage pricing and service agreements, and lead forecasting and risk mitigation activities.
• Lead and develop the internal supply chain team and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Science or related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain, materials or inventory management with leadership responsibility.
• Background in a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• ERP systems implementation and master data maintenance.
• S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.
• Quality management systems knowledge.
