Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The client is a leading print and packaging organisation seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end planning activities. Based in Cork, you will ensure the efficient flow of materials and products from supplier to customer while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead demand planning, production scheduling and inventory management.
• Develop manufacturing plans that balance service levels, cost and inventory.
• Manage customer order processing and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor and improve OTIF, lead times and overall supply‑chain performance.
• Facilitate the S&OP process, aligning demand, supply and business priorities.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales and Finance to resolve supply issues.
• Oversee new‑business implementation and inter‑company product flows.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and performance reporting.
• Lead, develop and support the Planning and Customer Service teams.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in supply‑chain, production or demand planning.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably print and packaging.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer‑focused mindset.
• Proven leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is desirable.
