Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end materials management in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role ensures material availability, inventory integrity and continuous supply across the whole value chain, from supplier receipt to delivery of finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain optimal inventory levels, oversee receipt, storage and issuance of materials, and lead annual physical inventories.
• Align material availability with production demand, support scheduling, and manage purchase orders in line with supplier agreements.
• Implement and maintain ERP master data, participate in S&OP processes and track KPIs such as OTIF and supplier performance.
• Act as primary point of contact for suppliers, manage performance, pricing, SLAs and resolve delivery issues.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Science or related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain, materials or inventory management, preferably in a regulated manufacturing setting.
• Leadership experience managing a supply chain or materials team.
• Familiarity with quality management systems is advantageous.
