Supply Chain Manager – Pharma (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our innovative pharmaceutical company in Dublin. You will lead the European supply chain, managing relationships with manufacturing, packaging, logistics and market partners in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as relationship manager for all European supply chain partners, from manufacturing and packaging sites to market distribution.
• Serve as the central point of contact for in‑country commercial teams across Europe.
• Analyse country demand forecasts, assess trends and evaluate supply impact.
• Lead the European S&OP process in collaboration with local teams.
• Maintain quarterly cross‑functional business review meetings with suppliers and monitor KPIs.
• Provide training and drive continuous improvement for S&OP, demand management and statistical forecasting.
• Support regional brand strategy and lead life‑cycle projects, including new country launches and SKU requests.

Required profile

• Minimum BS/BE degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience managing CMOs.
• Experience in demand planning and ERP management within pharma.
