Supply Chain Planning Manager

About the role

Avnet is looking for a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead global customer migration and offshore manufacturing programmes. Based in Dublin with a hybrid working model, you will work across design, manufacturing and fulfilment teams to ensure product delivery, customer service and revenue targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and deliver international business growth opportunities in collaboration with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate and manage migration programmes that align design and fulfilment activities.
• Define project tasks, allocate resources and maintain schedules to meet delivery and service goals.
• Use data and insights to shape supply‑chain and sales strategies and monitor pricing, margin and revenue performance.
• Act as the liaison between design regions and fulfilment sites, ensuring alignment and compensation agreements.
• Track outbound manufacturing migrations and document changes in programme data within Avnet systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply‑chain or programme management, preferably within a global or electronics environment.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional and international teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on delivering commercial impact.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
