Supply Chain Program Manager

About the role

Google is looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager to drive material and supply‑chain readiness for data‑center equipment. You will work across engineering, planning and category teams to ensure a clear‑to‑build status, manage supplier commitments and create scalable processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate material readiness and supply‑chain activities to achieve clear‑to‑build status for data‑center equipment.
• Partner with engineering, planning and category managers to improve processes and build new frameworks for material and production management.
• Serve as the primary supply‑chain liaison, overseeing supplier commitments, production schedules and purchase orders.
• Develop and institutionalize end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes, including inventory management, strategic material commitments and risk‑buy strategies.
• Identify, mitigate and document supply‑chain risks, reducing lead times and expanding global capacity.
• Create regional supply‑chain maps covering procurement to spares strategies and represent the supply‑chain organization in internal program meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of program or project management experience leading multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Experience in material readiness, production control and supplier performance management.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional partners and thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
