Talent Account Executive – Talent Solutions (French)

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Talent Account Executive to join its Talent Solutions team in Dublin. The role focuses on generating new business and managing inbound inquiries for recruitment technology solutions, with a strong emphasis on French‑speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect relentlessly to build a robust pipeline and nurture relationships with prospects.
• Create reliable forecasts and maintain full transparency with management on pipeline status.
• Close new business consistently at or above quota.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, sharing competitive insights across the team.
• Coach colleagues, contribute to best‑practice documentation, and collaborate with product and marketing teams.
• Proactively solve problems beyond the immediate scope and take on emerging initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven record of closing deals.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Experience in recruiting, HR software, or SaaS sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, forecasting, and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
