Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to own end‑to‑end recruitment for engineering and G&A functions across the EMEA region. Based in Cork, you will work closely with hiring managers and the broader HR team to deliver a fast, consistent, and candidate‑centric hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of technical and business roles, from intake to offer acceptance and pre‑boarding handover.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles and market expectations.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft job advertisements that reflect One Identity’s employer brand.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, ensuring timely communication and a professional experience.
• Coordinate interviews, technical assessments and debrief sessions to keep processes moving efficiently.
• Prepare and present offer recommendations in collaboration with Finance, HRBP and Compensation teams.
• Own the offer process, including verbal offers, offer letter coordination and contract signing.
• Proactively source passive talent using multi‑channel approaches such as LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, networking and employee referrals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within technology or engineering domains.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and ability to influence senior hiring managers.
• Deep understanding of the Irish and broader EMEA talent market for technical roles.
• Excellent communication skills and a candidate‑first mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with HR Business Partners and global TA teams.
