About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will deliver end‑to‑end recruitment services for assigned client accounts, working closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders. Based in Cork, the role involves three days per week onsite as part of an on‑site recruitment team, ensuring high‑quality hiring outcomes and a strong candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from sourcing and screening to interview, offer, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery teams to define hiring needs, timelines, and recruitment strategies.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, referrals, and social platforms.
- Screen, assess, and interview candidates to evaluate technical capability, cultural fit, and role suitability.
- Guide candidates through interview and offer processes, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring demand.
- Provide regular recruitment updates, reports, and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure recruitment activities meet agreed KPIs, SLAs, and client‑specific requirements, including public sector guidelines where applicable.
- Maintain accurate, GDPR‑compliant records across recruitment systems for both the provider and the client.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and service delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within RPO, MSP, or client‑embedded environments.
- Proven ability to manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience working directly with hiring managers or client stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering recruitment outcomes against KPIs and SLAs.
- Strong client‑first mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused approach to recruitment challenges.
Required skills
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.
