Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team in Cork. The role will own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business areas, ensuring we attract and hire top talent while delivering a great candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for assigned business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source high‑quality candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals and direct sourcing techniques.
• Screen, shortlist and assess candidates against role criteria.
• Coordinate interview schedules and support hiring teams throughout the interview process.
• Manage offer approvals, negotiations and candidate communications.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment legislation.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador.
• Support employer branding initiatives, career events and talent pipeline development.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure cost‑effective service.
• Keep accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System and coordinate pre‑employment checks.
• Report on recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire and source‑of‑hire and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven track record of managing full‑cycle recruitment across multiple business areas.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to partner with business leaders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize workload and meet hiring targets.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency
