Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote (Ireland)

About the role

Eliquent is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for our clients. This is a 100% remote position for candidates based in Ireland, with occasional on‑site training in Cork. You will act as the face of our employer brand, delivering a world‑class candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life‑cycle recruiting process for assigned positions, from job posting to offer.
• Build strategic talent pipelines and execute recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Attend job fairs, career days and act as liaison with external recruitment sources.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future talent needs.
• Ensure compliance with Eliquent policies and OFCCP/EEO guidelines.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruiting strategy, job description creation, and interview scheduling.
• Promote Eliquent positively to candidates and deliver high‑level customer service to all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Must be based in Ireland and able to work remotely.
• Highly preferred experience in talent acquisition or HR within engineering or life‑sciences sectors.
• Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance (OFCCP/EEO) and best practices.
