Tax Consultant – Ireland (All Levels)

About the role

Alvarez & Marsal is expanding its Ireland practice and is looking for tax professionals at all experience levels. You will join a high‑performing team that delivers international projects for leading organisations and supports the firm’s advisory and turnaround services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tax‑related work on cross‑border and domestic projects for corporate, private‑equity and government clients.
• Contribute to project work‑streams and collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams across geographies.
• Gain exposure to senior team members in Ireland and internationally, benefiting from on‑the‑job learning and formal training programmes.
• Work alongside operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams.
• Network with other service lines and support external marketing events to build cross‑service relationships.

Required profile

• Tax experience at any level (junior to senior) with a strong analytical mindset.
• Motivated, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Interest in developing client networks and business‑development skills.
