About the role

English 1 is seeking enthusiastic entry‑level teachers to deliver English lessons to young learners aged 3–16 in China. The position is designed for recent graduates or professionals transitioning into education, offering full training, ready‑made materials, and ongoing mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑energy English lessons using the company’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence in their language skills.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.
• Collaborate with in‑class coaches and mentors to continuously improve teaching practice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus; sponsorship available.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with digital classroom tools.
