About the role

English 1 is seeking enthusiastic entry‑level teachers to deliver English lessons to young learners (ages 3‑16) in China. The position is designed for recent graduates or professionals transitioning into education, offering full training, ready‑made materials, and continuous support.

Key responsibilities

• Teach interactive, high‑energy English classes using English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence in their language skills.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus; sponsorship available.
