Team Leader – Financial Statement & Regulatory Reporting

About the role

Citco is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the coordination and delivery of financial statement and regulatory reporting services for its fund administration clients. You will manage engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring high‑quality output and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial and regulatory reporting engagements, including budgeting, planning and client liaison.
• Coordinate and review the preparation of fund financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Provide training and guidance on accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, research and communicate new authoritative pronouncements to the team and clients.
• Set staff goals, conduct performance evaluations and allocate work efficiently.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and audit firms.
• Identify opportunities for new business and value‑added service enhancements.
• Prepare and review engagement reports and ad‑hoc client requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience preparing fund financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Proven experience leading a team of accountants or auditors.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for funds.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; professional designations (CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA) preferred.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
