Team Leader – Fraud Focus (Fintech) – Cork

About the role

As a Team Leader in our Fintech Risk Operations unit, you will oversee a group of specialists focused on fraud detection and prevention. Based in our Cork office, you will shape processes, mentor staff and act as the primary liaison for a key fintech client.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Risk Operations specialists.
• Conduct regular 1‑2‑1s, team meetings and performance reviews.
• Drive KPIs, manage staffing levels and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Maintain strong client relationships, understand their systems and resolve escalations.
• Identify and implement operational improvements and training programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading risk or fraud‑focused teams, preferably in a fintech environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work full‑time onsite in Cork, Monday‑Friday, 11:30‑20:00.
