Team Manager – Retail Store

About the role

Primark is looking for a proactive Team Manager to lead a store section in Castlebar. You will be at the heart of daily operations, shaping the customer experience while driving sales and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth store operations.
• Own an allocated department, handling commercial planning, stock control, planograms and visual merchandising.
• Oversee till areas and fitting rooms as needed.
• Organise daily tasks for Retail Assistants and set clear priorities.
• Motivate, coach and develop the team to deliver an exceptional store environment.
• Take advantage of digital learning tools and career pathways for personal growth.

• Proven leadership and coaching experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive performance.
