Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist – Ireland

About the role

Morgan McKinley is seeking a market‑savvy Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Ireland team. In this position you will act as a trusted advisor to both top‑tier technology talent and hiring managers, guiding candidates through complex infrastructure, engineering and digital transformation opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights and talent recommendations.
• Proactively map and engage specialised talent pools across Cloud, Cybersecurity, Architecture, Data Engineering and Enterprise Applications.
• Conduct deep‑dive conversational screenings using modern recruitment tools and structured frameworks.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to offer management and onboarding.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional discretion when handling sensitive data and compensation benchmarks.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of tech recruitment experience or 3 years in non‑tech recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on data accuracy and real‑time tracking.
• Consultative “advisor” mindset and collaborative approach.
