Territory Sales Manager – France (Smart Waste Solutions)

About the role

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales growth across the French market for a leading smart waste management provider. This consultative B2B position focuses on winning new business with both public and private organisations, ranging from municipalities to airports, universities and healthcare facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities (≈80% of activity) and expand existing accounts (≈20%).
• Manage complex sales cycles of up to 12 months, from initial engagement through contract award and implementation.
• Target sectors such as municipalities, transport operators, retail destinations, universities, healthcare facilities and commercial organisations.
• Negotiate contracts with typical deal values between €100k and €2.5 m, with a significant share of opportunities above €1 m.
• Travel up to 40% of the time to client sites across France.

Required profile

• Proven experience in territory or B2B sales, preferably within the public and private sectors.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
• Ambition to progress towards a Country Manager role.
