Training Specialist – Global Operations

About the role

The Training Specialist will deliver instructor‑led training for the Global Operations function of Allianz Partners Health. Working across regions, you will design, implement and continuously improve onboarding and performance‑boosting programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate in‑person and remote instructor‑led training for global operations teams.
• Develop onboarding and training programmes using proven adult‑learning methodologies.
• Conduct new‑hire orientation, ensuring consistent delivery across all locations.
• Evaluate and update training content to stay audit‑ready and reflect product, process and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers to create training materials, e‑learning courses and manuals.
• Maintain the knowledge base, answer staff queries on the blended e‑learning platform, and communicate updates to relevant teams.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for new client onboarding and support a monthly training plan aimed at closing knowledge gaps.
• Measure training impact through quantitative and qualitative feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a trainer or in a related learning‑and‑development role.
• Demonstrated ability to apply adult‑learning principles and proven training methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global, cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable delivering training both in‑person and remotely.
