Travel & Accommodation Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Travel & Accommodation Coordinator to join our fast‑growing international organisation. Based in our office, you will support large‑scale project teams by managing travel and lodging logistics for employees and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accommodation requests aligned with project schedules.
• Arrange hotel bookings, long‑term stays, and travel itineraries.
• Liaise with landlords, estate agents, and travel providers.
• Coordinate bookings, cancellations, and changes through travel agencies.
• Maintain accurate records of all accommodation and travel arrangements.
• Review and verify invoices from accommodation providers.
• Prepare detailed monthly reports for internal teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in travel coordination or a similar administrative role.
• Strong organisational ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and problem‑solving capability.
• Collaborative interpersonal approach.
• Relevant qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or a related field (desirable).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with travel booking systems such as Amadeus or Galileo.
