Vice President of Business Development

About the role

Aramark Ireland is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to join the Executive Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the President, you will shape and execute the company’s growth agenda across all service lines, driving sustainable, profitable expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver an ambitious, executable growth strategy aligned with the long‑term vision.
• Own the full growth lifecycle – pipeline generation, conversion, retention and expansion.
• Lead major bids and pursuits, ensuring rigorous governance and high win rates.
• Act as executive sponsor for key client relationships at C‑suite level.
• Build and evolve a best‑in‑class sales, bid and commercial function.
• Align Sales, Operations, Marketing, Culinary and Finance around a single growth agenda.
• Partner with global growth leaders to bring best practice and innovation to the Irish market.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in business development or commercial growth, preferably within food services, workplace solutions or property sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction and deliver measurable revenue and margin improvements.
• Strong executive presence with experience influencing C‑suite stakeholders.
• Track record of leading high‑performing, cross‑functional teams.
