Warehouse Operative

About the role

Kinly is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to support the efficient day‑to‑day operation of its Dublin warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods accurately and safely while upholding high standards of organisation, cleanliness and health & safety.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Installation Engineers and Administrative Support to maintain stock control and a tidy work environment.
• Book stock in and out using company systems, ensuring inventory records are accurate.
• Pick, pack and prepare goods for delivery or collection, and assist with loading and unloading.
• Deliver goods to project sites or customer locations using company vehicles when required.
• Liaise with couriers, arrange collections and deliveries, and manage stock returns.
• Support regular stock takes, inventory audits and consumables management.
• Complete all warehouse documentation and paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Assist with waste‑management, recycling and proper disposal of materials.
• Maintain accurate asset records, including serial numbers and MAC addresses.
• Help with device provisioning, configuration and firmware updates prior to deployment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or stores operations.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow health & safety guidelines.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and reliable punctuality.
• Basic IT competence and ability to complete paperwork accurately.
• Full driving licence desirable; forklift licence or other equipment certifications advantageous.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving stock in line with manual‑handling guidelines.

Required skills

• Use of Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar inventory software.
• Basic IT skills, including databases and spreadsheets.
• Device provisioning, configuration and firmware update procedures.
• Forklift operation (if licensed) and handling of warehouse equipment.
