Warehouse Operator

About the role

Bulgari’s Dublin Worldwide Logistic and Supply Chain Centre is looking for a Warehouse Operator to manage inbound and outbound activities in a high‑compliance, luxury‑goods environment. The role involves handling a range of warehouse tasks while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, ship, process returns and perform general warehouse duties.
• Verify quality and quantity of inbound deliveries.
• Ensure 100% pick accuracy before shipments leave the warehouse.
• Accurately use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and complete all transactions promptly.
• Conduct cycle counts to maintain 100% stock accuracy.
• Report any deviations from agreed processes.
• Follow Good Distribution Practice and security requirements for “Known Consignor” operations.
• Engage positively with quality and continuous‑improvement programmes, identifying improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced, high‑compliance warehouse environment.
• Experience with warehouse operations in a regulated setting.
• Familiarity with health & safety, environmental procedures and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills and awareness of Good Distribution Practice.
• Understanding of quality processes and procedures.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) usage.
• RF (Radio‑Frequency) technology operation.
