Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day operations at our Dublin facility within a regulated healthcare distribution environment. The role combines hands‑on warehouse work with team leadership to ensure efficient, accurate and compliant handling of specialist products.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including goods‑in, storage, picking and dispatch.
• Lead from the front with a hands‑on approach to warehouse operations.
• Coordinate team activities to meet delivery timelines and service targets.
• Maintain accurate stock control and inventory management across all product lines.
• Ensure high standards of organisation, labelling and storage practices.
• Monitor stock movements and update systems accordingly.
• Support quality and compliance processes in a regulated environment.
• Assist with stock takes, cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Background in warehouse, logistics or distribution with progression to a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or team lead.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to lead, motivate and support a team.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and a hands‑on attitude.

Required skills

• Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems.
