Youth Officer – Dungarvan (Education & Training)

About the role

The Youth Officer will provide high‑level administrative support to the Waterford and Wexford Education and Training Board (WWETB) at the Dungarvan Further Education & Training Centre. This role contributes to the delivery of quality education and training services across the region, working closely with schools, further education centres and a wide range of community partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level administrative support to WWETB.
• Assist in the delivery and coordination of quality education and training services.
• Collaborate with colleagues across WWETB, local schools and further education centres.
• Maintain records, prepare reports and support communication initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification or experience in youth work, education administration or a related field.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
