About the role
The Accommodation Assistant ensures that guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm and friendly welcome while supporting the overall operation of the resort.
Key responsibilities
- Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors and public areas.
- Keep store rooms tidy and organized at all times.
- Report lost property and maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Required profile
- Professional, well‑presented, friendly and reliable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good level of English.
- Hard‑working with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Previous hotel accommodation assistant experience is desirable.
