About the role
LinkedIn is seeking a dynamic Account Director for its Spanish market within LinkedIn Sales Solutions. Based in Dublin and working in a hybrid model, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, driving renewals, upsells and new business across your portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Build deep, multi‑level relationships within client organisations and align LinkedIn solutions with their business objectives.
- Own the full sales cycle for renewals and upsell opportunities, employing a proactive hunting mindset and high‑volume outreach.
- Develop and execute account plans that uncover new revenue streams and increase wallet share.
- Use data‑driven storytelling to position value, overcome objections and craft commercially sound proposals.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, customer success and operations teams to ensure adoption and long‑term customer success.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene and regular reporting.
Required profile
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a B2B technology environment.
- Strong hunter mindset combined with consultative relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence decision‑makers.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
