Account Manager - EMEA (Hybrid)

About the role

ThreatDown, the corporate business unit of Malwarebytes, is seeking an energetic Account Manager to join its EMEA team. Based in Cork, Ireland, you will work in a hybrid setting to manage renewals, grow existing accounts, and develop new business opportunities across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end relationship with assigned clients, ensuring adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
• Drive monthly renewals and identify upsell opportunities to increase protection coverage and contract length.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor, helping customers achieve their security goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve support issues related to product renewals and changes.
• Develop customer advocacy programs and nurture long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS or high‑tech software/hardware sales or account management.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize on the fly, and thrive under pressure.
• Self‑starter with a collaborative mindset.
