Channel Account Manager – Italy & Spain (EMEA)

About the role

Keeper is seeking a bilingual Channel Account Manager to lead its partner strategy for Italy and Spain within the EMEA region. Based in Cork, Ireland, the role can be performed on a hybrid basis or fully remote, depending on the candidate’s location. You will report to the Director of Channel, EMEA and be responsible for expanding pipeline and revenue through existing and new channel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with value‑added resellers, distributors, system integrators and strategic software partners in Italy and Spain.
• Act as the primary liaison between Keeper and assigned partners, ensuring alignment on sales goals and service delivery.
• Collaborate with partner sales teams to sell Keeper solutions to end‑users and achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate internal resources (support, service, management) to meet partner performance objectives.
• Monitor and resolve direct‑channel conflicts through clear communication.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, results‑driven professional with a strong network in the channel ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience managing channel partners and driving sales in a B2B technology environment.
