Account Manager – EMEA (Remote)

About the role

Our Account Manager will join the EMEA Account Management team, working remotely from the Netherlands, Ireland or Estonia. You will act as the trusted liaison between DoiT’s customers and major cloud vendors, driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of DoiT’s cloud management platform, services and how they meet client needs.
• Own the relationship with assigned customers, coordinating with cloud vendor teams to showcase value and identify revenue opportunities.
• Manage support escalations to resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate and close long‑term commitments with key stakeholders, balancing customer, vendor and company interests.
• Identify new workload and SaaS opportunities within customers’ cloud environments.
• Conduct regular cadence calls, quarterly business reviews and track project timelines and cloud spend.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure representatives.
• Spot cost‑optimization opportunities and collaborate with cloud vendor sales representatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of account management experience supporting the EMEA market.
• 2+ years of experience in a technology company (SaaS, systems integration or cloud vendor).
• Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
