Accounting Manager - West Dublin

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to lead our finance team in West Dublin. The role combines strategic partnership with senior management and hands‑on responsibility for financial reporting, cash‑flow forecasting and audit coordination. The position offers a hybrid working model and a competitive remuneration package.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of financial reports and accounting processes.
• Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance.
• Produce cash‑flow forecasts and monitor liquidity.
• Liaise with external auditors and support audit activities.
• Undertake ad‑hoc finance projects and act as a business partner to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant with relevant post‑qualification experience.
• Proven track record of leading and managing people.
• Strong communication skills and a self‑starter attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
