About the role
We are looking for an Administration & Marketing Executive to join our busy Waterford office. You will support the property sales and lettings team by delivering high‑quality customer service, handling enquiries and creating engaging marketing content.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, arrange viewings, market appraisals and property queries.
- Maintain and update the in‑house property database.
- Prepare compliance documentation, including Terms of Engagement and AML forms.
- Create and schedule social‑media posts using Canva and Meta platforms.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department to process deposits accurately.
- Book advertising slots, update branch window displays and manage signboard orders.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of administration experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good understanding of the residential property sales process or strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent telephone, customer service and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with Canva for graphic design.
- Familiarity with Meta social‑media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut (preferred).
