AI Architect – Claude Cowork

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to lead the strategic configuration, deployment, and optimisation of an Enterprise Claude Cowork solution for a major client in Ireland. The role combines deep knowledge of Anthropic’s Claude ecosystem with hands‑on integration of Model Context Protocols (MCP) and the client’s existing N8N automation stack.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage the Enterprise Claude Cowork environment, including security, access controls, monitoring and the activation of advanced enterprise features.
• Design and implement Model Context Protocols tailored to corporate use cases and ensure seamless integration with N8N workflows.
• Create a centralized skills library and standardised CLAUDE.md documentation to enable organisation‑wide reuse of AI capabilities.
• Optimise token usage and cost by deciding when to employ Claude Code versus more economical automation tools such as N8N.
• Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to establish usage monitoring, detect token spikes and define guardrails for responsible AI consumption.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience configuring and managing Claude Enterprise environments, with proven deployments of Claude Cowork.
• Strong understanding of Model Context Protocol architecture, selection and deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate large‑language‑model ecosystems with workflow automation platforms, specifically N8N.
• Experience building centralized repository architectures and markdown‑based documentation (CLAUDE.md) for enterprise AI skills.
• Familiarity with AI DevOps/FinOps practices, including monitoring tools for LLM usage, token efficiency and infrastructure cost management.
