Architecture BIM Lead

About the role

Jacobs is seeking an Architecture BIM Lead to join its Advanced Facilities – Electronics group. You will help design cutting‑edge microelectronics and other advanced industrial facilities, creating and managing high‑quality BIM models that support the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural models and construction documents using Revit and related BIM tools.
• Set up project standards in Revit and ensure consistent application across the team.
• Onboard new team members to project workflows, standards, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to resolve design and BIM content issues.
• Drive workflow improvements, design automation, and integration of emerging technologies.
• Manage redlines, conduct content audits, and ensure compliance with architecture standards.
• Coach and mentor junior team members on BIM best practices.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality BIM deliverables on schedule and within budget.
• Experience in advanced facilities or industrial architecture projects is preferred.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality assurance and standards compliance.
