Associate Creative Project Manager

About the role

Sitecore is looking for an Associate Creative Project Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of brand and creative initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand and Creative, you will act as the central hub for project coordination, ensuring that briefs are clear, timelines realistic and brand standards maintained across a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage brand and creative projects from intake through final delivery, owning scope, schedule and status.
• Review incoming requests, validate briefs and translate stakeholder feedback into actionable tasks for designers.
• Maintain accurate project plans, timelines and documentation using Asana.
• Coordinate review cycles, consolidate feedback and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Track progress, dependencies and workload, proactively flagging risks and adjusting plans as needed.

Required profile

• Strong judgment and confidence to operate autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid understanding of creative workflows and brand standards.
• Ability to collaborate with designers, marketing partners and global stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana or similar project‑management tools.
