Audit Senior

About the role

We are seeking an Audit Senior to join our central audit team in Dublin. This permanent, office‑based position offers the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of SME clients and collaborate closely with partners and senior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete a variety of audit engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Identify and communicate key audit issues to management and partners.
• Collaborate with the audit team to develop tailored services for a broad client base.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff, supporting their professional development.
• Provide value‑added insights that enhance client decision‑making and expand market knowledge.
• Assist trainees with technical growth and coordinate with wider Xeinadin teams for comprehensive client support.

Required profile

• Recently qualified or part‑qualified accountant (ACA).
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple engagements.
• Proactive client‑service mindset with a focus on business growth.
