About the role
Yuno is looking for a Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle across Europe. You will work remotely, engaging enterprise merchants and shaping the company’s go‑to‑market strategy in the payments and fintech space.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from prospecting to close, handling complex enterprise deals.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities through outbound outreach, events, referrals and strategic networking.
- Engage C‑level and senior decision‑makers, conduct consultative discovery and tailor Yuno’s value proposition.
- Develop deep knowledge of target verticals such as e‑commerce, iGaming, travel, mobility and SaaS.
- Collaborate with Customer Account Managers and Solutions Engineers to craft proposals and ensure smooth handoff.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in a CRM and provide forecasting visibility.
- Stay ahead of payments and fintech trends to highlight competitive differentiators.
- Operate with a founder mentality, building your own playbook.
Required profile
- Fluent English (additional languages a plus).
- Proven enterprise sales or business development experience with long sales cycles.
- Track record of selling to complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services and regulations.
- Startup or scale‑up background, comfortable working without rigid structures.
- Consultative selling style, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tooling.
