About the role
The Channel Marketing Manager will own the end‑to‑end digital customer experience for the Guinness Storehouse and the wider Irish Brand Homes ecosystem. You will drive ticket sales, revenue growth and long‑term brand equity through strategic use of CRM, website and app channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention and repeat engagement.
- Design, scale and optimise automated journeys, segmentation and personalisation frameworks to maximise customer lifetime value.
- Lead the delivery of email, push and in‑app campaigns, ensuring rigorous QA, testing and continuous optimisation.
- Implement structured A/B testing programmes to improve performance across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand, Commercial, Media, Product, B2B and European Data teams to deliver a connected, data‑led digital commerce experience.
- Analyse performance data, translate insights into actionable recommendations and drive commercial results.

- Strong analytical skills with a passion for turning data into growth opportunities.
- Experience in digital commerce and omnichannel marketing within a consumer‑focused environment.
