Chief Financial Officer

About the role

We are partnering with a highly respected, multi‑site organisation to recruit a Chief Financial Officer. This senior executive will join the leadership team at a pivotal stage of growth, transformation and strategic investment, shaping the financial direction of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall financial strategy to support sustainable growth.
• Drive commercial performance and improve EBITDA across all sites.
• Lead large‑scale financial and operational transformation initiatives.
• Provide financial insight to the executive team and board, influencing strategic decisions.
• Ensure robust governance, risk management, compliance and strategic financial planning.
• Partner with clinical, operational and corporate functions to deliver operational excellence.

Required profile

• Significant senior finance leadership experience within healthcare or complex multi‑site operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering EBITDA and operational improvements.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling organisations and leading transformation programmes.
• Deep understanding of governance, risk, compliance and strategic financial planning.
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence at the executive level.
