About the role
Trivium Group, an award‑winning Amazon agency, is looking for a Client Success Manager to act as the trusted advisor for its growing portfolio of brands. You will guide clients from onboarding through long‑term growth, ensuring they experience measurable results while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead onboarding for new clients and continuously refine the process.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships that drive trust, loyalty, and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests, issues, and escalations.
- Develop tailored success strategies based on business goals and data insights.
- Analyze customer data to maximize value, reduce churn, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Advocate for client needs in product and service development discussions.
- Communicate agreements and requirements across departments for flawless execution.
- Mediate between clients and internal teams to align priorities and improve communication processes.
Required profile
- 3+ years of client success or account management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of 20‑40 clients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project‑management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and high emotional intelligence.
- Fluent English (advanced written and spoken).
