Community and Building Manager – Co‑working Hub

About the role

Huckletree is looking for a dynamic Community and Building Manager to lead the day‑to‑day experience of members in its central Dublin co‑working hub. Reporting to the Area General Manager, you will combine member engagement, facilities oversight and commercial responsibilities to create a thriving ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to maximise member satisfaction (primary KPI).
• Organise and run weekly Member Breakfasts and social events, handling food, beverage, themes and on‑site execution.
• Facilitate connections between members, identifying common interests and encouraging collaboration.
• Partner with the facilities team to ensure the hub operates efficiently and is fully equipped.
• Act as the main point of contact for external service providers such as cleaning and maintenance contractors.
• Lead monthly building audits, conduct daily walk‑arounds and use feedback to drive improvements.
• Resolve issues promptly, implementing service recovery when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community or member‑focused roles within co‑working, events or hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership and line‑management capabilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across teams.
