Construction Manager – Data Centre Projects

About the role

The client, a leading international main contractor, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead large‑scale data centre developments in Dublin. You will be responsible for the safe, efficient and successful delivery of mission‑critical facilities from construction through to commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site construction activities for data centre projects.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Drive programme delivery and monitor progress against key milestones.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, design teams and client representatives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining productivity targets.
• Lead site meetings and provide regular progress reporting.
• Support commissioning and handover activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Senior Site Manager or equivalent.
• Strong background delivering industrial, mission‑critical or data centre projects.
• Experience working for a main contractor on large‑scale developments.
• Relevant construction qualification (Degree, HND or equivalent) preferred.
• Health & Safety qualifications and a strong commitment to safe working practices.
