Construction Project Manager – Dublin

About the role

LMC FM, an ABM Company, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join its growing facilities‑management team in Dublin. This full‑time permanent role offers the chance to lead construction projects, manage stakeholder relationships and contribute to sustainability initiatives within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction projects to budget, ensuring cost clarity and delivery against programme.
• Develop and maintain Stakeholder Management Plans, conduct regular stakeholder meetings and build strong client relationships.
• Produce and control delivery programmes using Microsoft Project or equivalent tools.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, maintaining up‑to‑date risk registers.
• Monitor and report on sustainability metrics such as waste, embodied carbon, energy and water usage.
• Coordinate health and safety compliance, fulfilling duties of Project Supervisor for Design and Construction stages.
• Oversee uniform, PPE and equipment availability, ensuring site safety and serviceability.
• Lead and train the project team, fostering an inclusive, conflict‑free working environment.

Required profile

• Background in reception, customer service or administration is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage construction projects, budgets and timelines.
• Strong stakeholder and commercial management skills.
• Experience in risk management, reporting and sustainability monitoring.
• Ability to maintain a visible presence on‑site and handle out‑of‑hours escalation.
