Construction Project Manager – Residential Housing

About the role

BHA Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of a multi‑unit residential development in Mooncoin. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from groundworks to handover, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the housing development from groundworks through to handover.
• Drive site productivity, sequencing and resource planning to maintain momentum.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently and to quality standards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with design teams, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement schedules and coordinate budgets, variations and forecasts.
• Chair site meetings and produce accurate reports for senior management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent BHA professionally.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience in site or project management within residential construction.
• Proven track record delivering multi‑unit housing schemes.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and productivity.
• Organised, proactive and high standards of professionalism.
