Content Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Content Manager to lead a multidisciplinary content team in Ireland. The role will translate company strategy into clear execution plans across content, social media, design and CMS operations, ensuring alignment and high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Define and translate company strategy into team objectives and execution plans.
• Set KPIs, performance standards and accountability frameworks for individuals and the team.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across content, social, design and CMS workflows.
• Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources based on business needs.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to ensure smooth delivery.
• Lead performance management processes, including feedback, evaluations and development plans.
• Support hiring, onboarding, restructuring and off‑boarding activities.
• Participate in compensation and performance review processes.
• Ensure cross‑functional alignment with other departments on priorities and workflows.
• Use data, insights and feedback to continuously improve team performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in team leadership, people or department management.
• Proven experience in content, social media, marketing, design or CMS‑driven environments.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows and cross‑functional content operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, workflows and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced settings.
• Experience with performance management, team development and operational oversight.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to balance empathy, structure and decisiveness.
