Corporate Finance Analyst – Newly Qualified Accountant

About the role

This is a full‑time Corporate Finance Analyst position for a newly qualified accountant, based in Dublin with a hybrid working model. You will join a high‑performing finance function and support strategic commercial decisions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Support commercial decision‑making through detailed financial analysis and business insights.
• Assist with M&A activities, including due diligence, acquisition appraisal and investment evaluation.
• Build and maintain financial models to underpin business planning and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with senior finance and operational stakeholders to drive budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning.
• Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities and contribute to efficiency projects.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and key decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Newly qualified ACA or ACCA accountant.
• Strong academic background with exposure to corporate finance, transaction services, audit or deals.
• Excellent analytical ability and commercial mindset.
• Proven communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ambitious, eager to accelerate a finance career in a fast‑paced environment.
