Corporate Tax Consultant – All Levels

About the role

Alvarez & Marsal is expanding its Corporate and International Tax practice in Dublin and is looking for talented tax professionals at all experience levels. You will work directly with listed companies, multinational groups, private‑equity owned businesses and domestic firms, providing strategic tax advice and compliance support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on complex Irish corporate tax technical issues.
• Join clients on‑site to deliver projects and solve corporate tax challenges.
• Prepare and review corporation tax provisions and computations.
• Manage projects, including scheduling, budgeting and client communication.
• Conduct technical research projects.
• Mentor and manage junior team members.
• Participate in business development and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Experience in Irish corporate tax advisory and compliance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to direct, teach and coach others.
• Flexible approach to client advice.
