Corporate Tax Senior Manager – FDI Advisory

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join a leading global professional services firm’s FDI advisory team in Ireland. You will lead complex international tax projects for multinational clients across sectors such as technology, pharmaceuticals, FinTech and food & beverage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of multinational corporate clients on corporate and international tax matters.
• Lead strategic advisory engagements including Pillar Two, IP restructuring, M&A and business model optimisation.
• Support business development through lead generation, proposal preparation and client acquisition.
• Supervise and mentor Associates, Seniors, Assistant Managers and Managers within the team.
• Coordinate cross‑border advisory projects with stakeholders in multiple jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Qualified tax advisor or accountant (AITI, CTC, ACA or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in corporate and international tax advisory.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex client portfolios.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Experience in sectors such as technology, pharmaceuticals, FinTech or food & beverage is a plus.
